My name is Luke Faulkner and I am in 12 Yuan. I am currently playing for the golf, basketball and football teams. I joined the sports committee because I wanted another perspective on how sporting at WIS was organised and put together to ensure students like me are able to participate in sports they enjoy. I am excited to work with my peers to try get as many students as possible to get involved with the WIS sporting community.

Hi, I am Jennica Narag! In school, I am heavily involved in the athletics team, and outside of school I represent Hong Kong in rugby, and I am a part of the Hong Kong Sports Institute. 

I joined the Sports Committee because I am very passionate about building WIS’s athletic tradition by making sports more accessible, inclusive, and exciting across all year groups, while strengthening the bridge between the student body and the PHE & Sport Department.

Throughout my time at West, I’ve loved bringing people together through sport - whether that’s rallying teams, recruiting players across different year groups, or organising seasons I’ve played in. As part of the sports committee, I’m keen to keep that momentum going and help other students get their own teams up and running! 

My name is Jasmine and I’m in Y13. I enjoy all types of sports, especially badminton, cross country and athletics in which I participate competitively in. What I love about WIS sports is how inclusive and open it is, no matter what skills or experience you have, WIS sports values having fun over pressure so there is no stress over the outcome. It is more about what you learn along the way, and personally, I believe doing sports is an amazing way to take your mind off things whilst doing something you enjoy, which is why I joined the Sports Committee in order to be a part of our sporting journey towards becoming the best we can be.

Hi! I'm Leah Moi and I'm in Year 13. I play football for WIS, the Hong Kong Football Club and the Hong Kong U19 Representative Team. 

I joined the Sports Committee because I'm super proud of the inclusive nature of WIS sports and I'm passionate about trying to help push WIS sports to be the best we can be!

Hi, I'm Ines. I have been at WIS since year 7. Since joining WIS I have participated in swimming, cross country, football, athletics, rugby, and netball. My favourite sport is netball and I am currently representing the U21 Hong Kong China national team in netball as well as playing for Hong Kong Football club netball in the women's premier division. I joined the WIS Sports Committee because I wanted to make a lasting impact on all sports in WIS, encouraging everyone in the WIS community to participate in sport at school.
