Track and field (athletics) is a diverse and dynamic sport that encompasses a variety of events, including sprints, distance running, jumping, and throwing. Athletes compete individually and as part of a team, showcasing their speed, strength, and agility. This sport fosters discipline, goal-setting, and personal growth, making it accessible for all skill levels. Track and field not only promotes physical fitness but also helps young athletes develop confidence and resilience in a competitive environment.
WIS competes in HKSSF and ISSFHK competitions in all age groups.
